How many more channels are supposed to get a digital converter box?
I just got my DTV coupons from the mail and I wondered how many more channels I get if I installed the box, I have only two channels on my analog signal. Please tell me how many channels have come after install the box and the number of channels you had before you installed the box. I will vote for the best answer so give me a good answer, please.
Hello Collins K: If you get 2 now and they are full-service channels are required to go to digital converter need. When buying make sure the converter you have one that has Devices RF bypass. FCC Decision mfgrs many ignore, pending litigation I have researched a lot. I PhilcoTB100HH9 has bypass. Infor: About 8800 U.S. television license. Only about 1700 with full-service digital technology on the air. Another 7,200 are local low power are not required digital.Research go your area. exbelltel
