HDMI no sound of TV and computer?
I have my computer and my TV connected via an HDMI cable, but no sound from the TV just the computer. How come I can get the sound of television not only the team? It is connected directly to the TV and there is no sound from speakers TV.
Usually the video card for your PC does not contain and control the sound being delivered to your computer speakers and therefore not send the information to the television. You can try checking the settings of the sound card and see if your video card is on the menu because the sound source selected. I have a ATI Radeon with HDMI and dual DVI and I had to download the latest drivers and change the settings on your sound card to get it to work properly.
