What do you pay for cable TV and internet connection?
My Comcast bill just went up to over $ 100 for standard cable ….. about 40 channels and the speed of broadband high-speed Internet services. I'm on fixed income and can not get the Comcast Triple Play because it offers telephone service in my neighborhood! The Triple Play with unlimited long distance would be the same price I'm paying now! I asked the operator Comcast to take a discount on the invoice I am restriced of Triple Play. Fairpoint I can get triple play, but my TV is Direct TV, no cable! How well woud this work for me? How much would and I am subject to lightning strikes, with dishes from Direct TV? The operator Comcast said that my neighbors are not getting discounts for their services, but I talked to a couple of them and they are. Should I call and get another operator Comcast? The latter was very rude and apparently misleading!
