How do i reboot my dish dvr 625.?

Ok all of a sudden my Dish Dvr Lost its signal, all it shows is signal and 0 out of 5 complete, its been like this for two days now and i dont know what to do, ive called the support but all they said is to get a technician, but i dont want that so is there anyone that can help. And Ive read that People have rebooted the system and it fixed the problem, so does anyone know how to do that, Thanks.

there are 2 types of resets,
a soft or front panel reset, press and hold the power button on the front panel for 10 seconds
or
a hard reset reset, with the power on, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for a few minutes . then plug it back in
either on one should fix your issue
