dish network no contract
Does anybody know about getting out of a contract with cable?

I signed a contract with dish network and at the time I had Lifetime & lifetime movies, now the contract with dish & lifetime has expired and I no longer get these channels, didn’t they break their contract? Can I change without having to finish off my part of deal?
So does this mean I have to finish off my 18 mo.contract or can I change to cabel?

Generally, in contract law, if only one part of the contract is not enforceable, this doesn’t nullify the contract as a whole. You’d be on very shaky ground if you tried to get out of the contract based solely on not getting Lifetime channels.
