dish tv lawsuit
about dish network? need some advice PLZ help?
so i ordered their special of 24.99 with 3 months free of showtime and HBO as well as HD channels to qulify for their 19 inch free flat screen advertisement. so ive been waiting for the TV for about a month and a half and nothing. i called them twice in the last month and a half and they keep telling me that they will have the main company call me from sacramento to see what is going on, and they never called me.I was thinking of scaring them and telling them that i would be filing a lawsuit for false advertisement to scare them, because i do think a month in a half is alot already. i also have proof in the contract paper that i should be getting the tv. what do u guys think?
You will be probably getting an el-cheapo 19″ TV worth less than $200, but if promised you should definitely get it.
If the promo was very popular, they may have run out of stock. Keep bugging them, Next time you call, ask for the supervisor, and the ask him to escalate. This is bad service.
