How do I show live TV programs to the friends in the network without using the webcam? What are the hardware and software necessary to webcast my programs live TV?
First, to achieve, even programs on your computer, you need a capture card cable ready. http://www.geeks.com the quality is low cost. Then you need to get a streaming server package. http://www.freewarefiles.com may have some available or you can get one of http://www.real.com I used to have one called G @, but probably using new technology now. Then you need to make both the capture card and server communicate with each other through the control panel servers. Then you need to get a static IP address I get for free http://www.no-ip.com and configure the server for access from outside the LAN. Sound confusing it is, but can be fun when done.
