I want to be able to watch and record HDTV on my PC, but shopping locally I can only find two different brands, and I can not find online reviews for them anywhere.
Well it really depends on your budget, If you are looking for a quality brand AVerMedia, Leadtek, PCI Hauppauge. This is the best brand to go with TV tuners, as they build TV tuners for computers. I suggest you look online you will find them more easily.
