Why is my PS2 and watch satellite television WORST service in my HDTV than my old 1993 TV??
I bought high definition television as a television alternative to be attracted by its beautiful clarity (although not connected to the HD service as shown in stores) I can now set up my satellite TV, and my PS2 on my new Samsung 23 "HDTV and the image actually looks worse than it was in the store image … class is choppy and an Internet video on youtube …. my tv other get the perfect picture and his old ….. my ps2 … image also only see the bite and people in the movies and shows and the game look fatter characcters? Do I have to configure anything on TV, or buy an HDTV is an error?
You probably have a widescreen HDTV. When you watch a standard (non-HD), the TV will automatically stretch the image to fit the screen, with your picture look like crap. In his TV remote control you should have a format button. Press the button until you get black bars on both sides of the image. This will the image look better, but you have to deal with black bars. When you see something on the HD screen will be filled automatically giving it a beautiful table. As for your PS2, make sure you have the component video cables (red, green, blue) hook your PS2 to the TV. This will make the picture look better that the standard cables (yellow, red and white).
