Troubleshooting old television and latest video, bad image?!?
I got an old (probably 15-20 years old) TV and a VCR with newer, and the whole bit of wiring. I thought maybe the video was dirty, as any tape I put in play and has audio but the picture has been inconsistent and not identical – sometimes, roll or look "fuzzy" … We cleaned the VCR and that does not help, do not see the tracking of the VCR (which was my first thought initial hope). The television image adjustment knobs, color, tint, brightness, etc. In addition, this is difficult to check because I have no cable or satellite can not get any television stations without it. (We can not even get cable, we live so far away in the middle of nowhere.) Any ideas what could be the problem? Mala Wired TV or VCR or TV sounds like bad? I would appreciate any help! Thank you.
Try out Vcr friends or relatives in a television if it does not need a new TV, if it does not need a new VCR. I would recommend a combination of VCR and DVD, that way you can use both genders.
