Sky broadband customers – how it connects?
We have just joined sky TV / broadband / phone package. The Internet and the telephone are not yet implemented since we need a new BT phone line. We were told the internet will go through the decoder. Is Does anyone know how to connect to anything the decoder? There is a space for the telephone line to go into space, but not for connection to a router or Ethernet. Or is it heaven to use a router with its own special adapter that fits into the decoder? No – we have a decoder but no cd / modem. We do not have a package like this, maybe I should go after. Also the reason for needing a BT new line is complicated, but we did not already have one. It is unrelated to the question about heaven, I just said it to explain that we are still pending and not yet implemented.
do not understand why you need a NEW BT line if you already have one! when you receive your package, it will have all the details put up with it do not worry your be fine
