Where I can see FlashForward season 1 and Heroes season 4 on the web ..?

Legally, the only source is (from Heroes) and nbc.com hulu.com. I think Hulu now has a subscription service where you can get full seasons and full access for something like $ 10 per month. Flash Forward aired on CBS, so try cbs.com – is doubtful, however, since the show is actually a Canadian production for CBS could not have the rights to air on the web. You can also test Netflix, which has options for transfer of subscribers. That's a lot to learn about legal options.
