Help with selling on eBay?
Hi. I am trying to sell something on eBay. Its a tv, dvd recorder, home cinema surround system. I want to be able to put in the manufacturers specifications for each items which i do have websites for. So what i do is copy the information and paste it on and it looks great. Then when i have finished my description and press continue it says it cannot submit because of cookies etc which i dont know anything about. So, i have worked out that i can only continue to the next page if i delete everything that i have copied from web pages which means i can only show my own written text. However looking at similar items for sale on ebay other sellers have been able to copy the manufacturers specs were i cannot…any ideas were i am going wrong please???
Don’t know how to do what you are trying, but think it might be to do with the copy and paste. Would it not be better to save the info and then transfer as in a pic? IMO it is better to put your own text in. Dealers are usually the ones with all that hi-tec cr*p, and a lot of people steer clear. It is easy to get carried away with too much technical detail, but as long as you can give the info if asked questions I don’t know why you are worried.
